  • We charge a onetime registration of Rs 50 and annual membership of Rs 100 (excluding applicable GST) at present per verified registration. This is to ensure the genuineness of the registrations and our services reach the concerned. No need to pay the same upfront. The same will be deducted from the Goodwill Gesture and/or Reference Fee due and payable to you.
  • At present Rs 250 is given as Goodwill Gesture Fee for each verified registration and Rs 100 is given as Reference Fee for verified registration through references from registered clients/customers.
  • Goodwill Gesture Fee/ Reference Fee is payable to the first 2,000 verified registrations in every year.
  • We require your Google pay or bank account information, only to help us pay/ transfer only to you the concerned Goodwill Gesture and Reference Fee amounts, when the same has to be paid to you.
  • Applicable payment/transfer would be made to the concerned MSME/ SMP or the authorized person of the registered MSME/ SMP, within a period of 15 days, from the end of the month, in which registration is verified, for the verified registrations.
  • Multiprise Investors, will coordinate between the MSME and the SMP for their business and professional requirements from time to time.
  • Your dealings, if any, with our associate or partner concerns, is separate and not binding on us.
  • Your information will not be shared with any, except with the shortlisted and proposed professional service providers, and as required by the law. Your contact information may be used for intimating to you, any product or services, by/from our partner/ associate concerns, from time to time.
  • Whether registered or not, one could refer to any number of his/her business contacts.
  • Only registered persons, get the Goodwill Gesture and/or Reference Fees, as applicable. Therefore, registration is recommended.
  • We have several MSMEs (Micro Small Medium Enterprises) as our clients. We check with, study and understand the requirements of our MSME clients. We coordinate for the purpose, for a quality service to meet the requirements of our MSME clients. MSME clients need to pay us, for our coordination and support, as agreed, on a case to case basis.
  • We provide support services in the areas of arranging debt, capital or investment, accounting, finance, audit, taxation, compliance, coordination, compliance, clearing and forwarding, to the MSMEs.
  • We need the expertise of SMPs (Small Medium Practitioners) to serve our clients. SMPs, please bill us directly, mentioning the reference of the client and the nature of service, for prompt payment. We pay the SMPs as applicable, per agreed terms, on a case to case basis.
  • At times, we may make direct investment in some of the registered MSMEs, as feel appropriate, from time to time, after consultation with, and consent from the concerned MSME.
  • Registered persons/entities can edit his/her profile, mentioning email or mobile and clicking on the link in their registered mobile/ email. Editing cannot delete old entries and can only add additional information.
  • The terms of service may be amended from time to time, without any prior notice, and shall be binding on the SMPs and MSMEs. If a person/entity is referred by more than one person, only the first referee will be eligible for the reference fee, if payable. Only one registration is permitted for an entity.
